Women need to take care of their health, no matter is physically or mentally before 25 years old. It is because the cells in our body are still moving actively but when we reach the age of 25, our body's metabolism starts to slow down.

When I was 18, I really notice to maintain, but only limited to the face. As we know, a high school teenager can't really effort to buy any expensive products to maintain her skin or body. However, it is good if you notice that it is important for you to maintain your skin, just do it step by step.

I used to do mask twice a week, and sometimes, I even tried to have a piece of mask on my face before I sleep. I was so 'craving' to have a white and fair skin! Hmm, I guess I should say is I want a 'white color face'!

Few years ago, 我的美丽日记 and 我的心机, are one of a famous masks brand from Taiwan, and it is popular among teenagers! With their different types of effect like moisturizer, whitening and etc; the box design are also very attractive! Of course, the price is cheap and teenagers can effort to buy it.

However, I didn't see any good results on my skin. I did not say the brand is not good, but for me, it is not suitable for my skin. Then I tried out some other brand. And I found out there are many different kind of masks brand in Malaysia, especially imported brand. Personally, I really love Japanese skin care products!

All these was what I used when I was 18.

When I came to the age of 19, last year, I started to use Hada Labo products. Cleanser and Toner as my daily skincare. It is a famous Japanese Brand, and it has won many awards and of course it is one of the top skin care brand amongst beauty lovers!

After cleansing, we should apply Toner. For Japanese Skin Care products, you will find that they have no 'Toner' words, but Lotion. Toner is referred to Lotion; meanwhile, Lotion is the step of a toner.

For toner, as well as lotion, I used Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Lotion to moisture my skin as my skin type is belongs to dry skin.

Meanwhile, I am using Eucerin Clarifying Toner too. It is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin. Personally, I like those skin care products is fragrance-free and alcohol-free. Because I found that some products especially Toner, contains alcohol and fragrance. I don't think our face need any fragrance or alcohol, it will makes your skin become more sensitive.

So, what should we do after Toner?

Moisture your skin!

Yes, especially for people who has dry skin!

Honestly, I am too lazy to apply moisturizer! My daily skin care steps are easy! Cleanser and Toner! And sometimes masks at night. But normally, not even one month one time! Haha!

As I am now in the 20 age, I started to force myself to add in moisture step in my daily skin care routine. I tried Nutox brand one month ago, my mother bought me a Nutox sleeping masks and the promoter gave me 2 free sample, one is moisturizer and the other one is serum.

I apply moisturizer and serum every morning after Toner. I found that Nutox brand is a very good brand for us to try out. Because I really see good results in whitening! I am planning to buy myself a moisturizer after finishing the sample!
